Hi again....
i have been colouring like mad... this is little Wryn from Tiddly inks... i had fun colouring her in... and i wanted to try 2 colours i wouldnt normally put together.... so Purple and red it was.... i love the way this card just fell into place.... the flowers i cut on my Cricut.... Gems are from the £1 shop.... papers are from stash.. one is def papermania from years and years ago.... not sure what the red one is... i didnt have a full sheet left to find out... lol

hi everyone
i have been playin with my new digi's..... i must confess i printed it onto the wrong card... and my promarkers ran a bit... so i wasnt a happy bunny.....!!!! but i coloured her in.... inked me edges...with big and juicy ink pad.... and cutt and dry.... cut shapes out with me cricut .... stamped some butterflies and used my good old peg stamps that i have had for years.... and this is what i have made.....

This is the card i have made for my Daughters 21st Birthday card.... i have used papermania 12 by 12 paper cut it down to 3 inch by 12 inch, scored every half an inch and folded...making my rossetti... i have stamped and embossed the 21st sentiment..(lili of the valley).... had some keys cut out added a flower and buttons to the centre of the base...

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas... i know i have... i didnt get any crafty bits for Christmas... but i did buy my mam some bits and ordered myself a stamp at the same time... its called hello little friend.. and its sooo cute... i friend asked me to make a card all pink and girly for her 6year old daughter off her brother... as her name isnt a common one she finds it hard to get things with her name on... I have been a very bad blogger.... and i am going to try and be a better blogger from now on.... over on craftycardscrappers we have a new member and sponser of the site... it is Janette from Stamp dragon's designs... and she runs a challenge blog as well as selling some great digi's.... i have decided to enter her anything christmas challenge....

Very long time no blogging.... A card for the boys

This is the card i have made for my Dads birthday which is today... the stamp is from lili of the valley... the papers are from bearly mine designs... i have used craft card to stamp the image on...i have used my promarkers to colour the image.. the punch is a one i have had for years.. and not sure who makes it.. but i love it... i also dug out my very old rub on metallic things.. they look like little eye shadows but waxy.. never used them much.. but they distressed the papers and image just the right amount... so i had fun using this.. i added 3 bits of candy at the bottom of the card.. with a Birthday peel off on the bottom of the easel card....

i am going to enter this into Dutch Dare card challenge... this is the 1st ever challenge i entered years ago.. so thought i would revisit them and see if i coud get myself blogging again...the challenge is for the boys.... http://dutchdare-cardchallenges.blogspot.com/

Going goth with Tiddly inks challenge...

I blame this on Caz over at a load of old blogocks...!!!! she posted a brill card the other day on her blog here..!!! so off i trot to tiddly inks shop... well a few images later i had my first digi's from this company... well daughter no 2 Chloe spotted this image once i had coloured it... now it was for her anyway... but she didnt know it... she has been asking for a bookmark.. so this is what i made her... its on the large size as Chloe has a tendancy to loose anything she puts down in her Tip....(bedroom).... i used printalbe papers i have had for ages... image was coloured with my promarkers.. and i used distress inks on the sides of the image.... bit of red ribbon....mounted it all on some mirrow card to finish it off a scull charm....

so i am going to put this into the Tiddly inks challenge which is going goth this challenge....!!!!

sorry i havent posted for a little while... life kind of took over and i didnt have 5 mins to do anything...!!!! i think mojo also took a holiday without asking permission 1st.... lol

but i am back and i have done a card for susie and vikki's christmas challenge... Sam my friend from crafty card scrappers forum... and the owner of http://www.cardstitching.co.uk/webshop/ sent me some wonderful stamps for winning her challenge on the forum... so i had a play with one of them 2day...!!!! she is snoesjes from marianne design and i just love her.... i have coloured her with my promarkers... and added some glitter.... i have cut into my, my mind eye christmas glitter book... i bought it christmas just gone... and i have drolled over it long enough now...!!! i used 2 seperate sheets... and yes i did sit down while cutting into them.... lol...!!!! i added some ribbon and a snowflake embelishement... i made this into an easel card... as i love the way they look...

Well everyone i have been meaning to play along with this day for ages now.... and today i have the day off so i have taken a couple of pics of whats on my desk....

As you can see not a lot of space on my desk... had a major crafty day on monday.. and have not tidied up yet... lol... and my stamps i bought of my friend Sam arrived yesterday... and needed played with today.... so this is whats been on my desk.... here is my finished card... think may have to try and find some challenges for it as i love the way this has turned out....!!!!!

i have distressed the paper 1st then stamped the image on top... added gold glamour glitter on edges.. sentiment is off computer then distressed... googled the map printed out and distressed this also... i used versamark on stamp to make a background on the brown cardstock and used my pearlex to highlight the image in gold.......

This is my 1st christmas card of 2010... i am entering it into susie's and vikki's christmas card club... this week it is reindeer ... so i dug out my papermania set i got the other year and used it... the main background paper is from nitwit collections... the ribbon i got years ago... think it was thread-bares shop... snowflakes i have had for a while.. and brown paper i think is a my mind eye leftover i had.... i used water colour pencils to colour image in and i have glittered some of the image....

It feels like i have not posted for ages... i have had an eye infection... and not to do things by half... i got it in both my eyes... so i couldnt do much for over 2 weeks...gggrrr

2day i decided to do the Pollycraft's red and white challenge... now seems how i live in a house full of Newcastle united foot mad lot... (black and white) doin a red and white card has had to be kept quiet... as this is Sunderland colours.....lol...!!!!!

I bought this download the other night... along with a couple of others... this one is a ginger one... i love the girl images... they are brilliant...!!!!! i found some red with white dots on.. i won it on steph's blog ages ago... and as i dont use red a lot i remembered i had it to use for the challenge... i decided to do an easel card ... at the min these are my fav cards to do..!!!! they are very easy to do and effective... i have used my one and only martha steward punch to do the lace on the bottom of the card... Flowers are from stash.. think i got them from nikki's shop (bunny zoe) not to sure.... buttons are out of stash... i used my romance board to do the heart in the middle of the layout... i have used my promarkers to colour the image in... i have used about 4 different shades of reds to do the colouring... and brown for the hair.. just learnin how to colour with my promarkers ...

Dotties world monochromatic

Wow i have impressed myself... lol.. i have managed to enter the same challenge blog 3 times in a row...!!!! Dottie's world have gone monochromatic... witha little bit of brown... i coloured my image in using promarkers and tim holtz distress inks... and then i got stuck.. so i downed tools and went to the shop for a bottle of pop.. and an idea popped into my head.. and this is what i came up with ....!!!! i used 2 of my See D's stamps that i have had for years and never used.. made a paw and teddy background.. used my nesties for shapes... bit of ribbon out of stash.. a couple of little brown gem thinks.. and done...!!! but now i have realized i dont have loads of stuff to decorate boys cards with... i have charms.. flowers and load of punches i can use to help decorate girl/lady's cards but not much for boys...!! Bearly mine design papers meet an easel card

These have been so easy to make it has been unreal... i have used papers from the bearly mine designs.. these are the new christmas digi downloads ... well the 2 red ones are... they cost £4 per download and are well worth it...!!!! added a topper to the 1st design from a qvc kit i got last year... and that was about it... it was that easy to do....

This one is just the bearly mine inserts from the digi set... i added a coupe of decrotive buttons to it and that was it... and i love the way it has turned out...!!!! soooo easy and sooo quick...!!!!!
Now this cute pink card is off anothe dowloaded digi set off bearly mine designs.. the topper on the front is from ammies shop .. dont they match brill 2gether...!!!! i am so happy i have gettin 3 more christmas cards done 2night....!!!!

One of the lasses on craftycardsrappers Called Betty does some wonderful cards... and she has been usin the these great papers and brill inserts.. so i had to ask where she got them from.. well it was off bearlymine designs http://bmd-creations.blogspot.com/ so i have ended up with 3 sets of downloadables and one of the great cd's designer extreme 111.. and they are just wonderful... so i had to have a play... the little darlin in the middle of the 1st card is from dotties world(downloadable) i cut the bottom of the card off and used it to make a bookmark to give away with the card...
This is also a bearlymine design paper i have used a stamp from my collection on the front of the paper.. and used a insert from the kit.. but i 4got to take a pic of the insert...lol did the same as the last one... cut card down and used the spare card to make a bookmark

This is off the bearly mine estreme3 cd.. it has the matchin insert in this one.. i remembered by then to take the pic of the inside of the card...lol... the image is off a friend off craftycardsrappers.. it came all the way from america last year... the snowmpeople are just fun to colour.. embelishement was off a kits from qvc years ago and just found them again while sortin out my craft christmas bits....

i have done this card with a challenge or 2 in mind... i dont normally do cards for challenges.. i do cards for the fun of it.. then see if it fits into a challenge...i have ripped and torn all the papers i have used.. i am sure they are papermania off last year or the year before.. the stamp i bought from sparklybits (see shops side links)
I have used distressin ink round the image.. only just started tryin this technique as i always chickened it in case i knacked up the image...
I have used a silver charm i bought from bunny zoe's shop ...

This is the 1st time i have tried the SU challenge site as i have just a few bits of SU stuff to use... its a colour challenge this week.. see the blog... http://stampwithus.blogspot.com/ i have used my stamp i got a few months back.. summer one.. soz can not remember the name and can not find my cat any where... i also used my SU roller.. soz dont know name again... can not find cat...lol.. i water coloured the image... i stamped it with the su classic basic gray so it was more like a sketch than a stamped image.. used the sayins out of my stamp set.. the pics below shows all the SU items i have used for the challenge...

Well its sat mornin and i have walked 4 dogs...!! and managed to make a card already.... wow i am doin good so far...!!! I have had a play with one of my gorguss girl stamps last night.. i coloured her with my trusty whsmith water colour pencils... then i used my chalks to chalk the edges.. i cut her out with a nestie die (sparklybits shop)... i used my papers from craft island... wish i had of bought more of them.. they are brilliant...!!! i used half an 12 by 12 page.. its double sided ... so used both sides to show off the paper...!!! added a flower from early learnin centre... and used my new martha steward punch from zoe bunnys shop to do the bottom border..!!! i love the way the card has turned out.. colour combo i saw on a blog but can not remember which one...sorry...

This is my 2nd lot of pages i have done 2day.. i have had an idea for these pics for a while now but never seemed to get them done... so i have made an extra effort to scrap them... this is my youngest daughter chloe when she was 8 year old.. she was such a tiny little child... (not any more..lol) and she loved to dance and she loved anything that sparkled... she is dancin with her aunty sharron in the pic and has her knackered out...lol Chloe always had a smile for everyone.. but she is 15 now ... so not so many smiles.. teenagers.. lol...!!!!! these papers and sentiments seemed to fit her so well small but feisty....lo..

just to let you all know i am a member of a design team.... for ammie on http://www.craftydesignz.co.uk/ she does printable designs..... you can pick if you wish to be a member at the cost of £4.99 per month or you can buy her downloads as and when you wish... but the membership deal is the best...!!!! i have been a member now for over 1 half years.. and i have posted some cards on here before that i have made with the items from her site... you should check it out... she has some wonderful creations on there...!!!!! and uploads loads of new goodies every month for you to play with....

hold onto your hats .... i have been makin cards... wooo hooo not for a challenge... just for the fun of it... its a little gorguss girl... and she has such attitude i had to make her up.. i went to Debbies the other day and had a play with her new copics... now you know i need them now...!!!lmao... they are so lovely to work with... so i better get savin my pennys...lol...!!!!

mams birthday card...!! the big 60...!!!

This is my mams 60th birthday card.. make from funky hands cd... added punched out flowers round the edge from left over paper.... added age 60 and rubber stamped lady and glittered her up...!!! highlighted edging on mam with glitter...!!!! put a funny verse then an sloppy verse on inside but didnt get round to takin photo of them...going to put it into the spoon full of sugar challenge..

Tag your it is celebrating there 1st birthday....i have just found this site of someone else's blog Kath's blog... she made a great tag last week and got me thinking i havent made a tag in a while.. i went to my mams yesterday and she gave me a tag card for a template... so i used this to draw around for this tag.. so its extra large...lol.. i used a hanger image i pinched off a friends... decided to use pinks and browns as i love these colours 2gether... use 2 buttons.. printed papers.. i even opened my c dee stamps i have had for about 3 years and used the lets celebrate stamp...!!! the flower is from one of my stash i got from joanns sheens shop ages ago..!!! the no 1 is an embelishment i picked up at the £1 shop ages ago...!!! so i am going to put it in the challenge.. and hope that it catches someone eye.. all the designers have a prize each to give away..!!! you should check it out http://weekendtaggers.blogspot.com/

she has a whole site of brill printables you should check it out.. and she does a £5 per month membership..well worth the money...!!! i have added a stamp i pinched off Debbie (crafty fairy)..thanks Debbie... it fits brill with the background...!!!!

i coloured the image in with distress inks... cut round the image and added her to background..background is mounted onto silver .. then added to a blue card... added ribbon across the top

i love this little dog.. he is a downloadable from pollycraft... he is megga cute... i have used basic grey papers to go with him.. and i added a little poem... i couldnt remember it all so i asked my friends on craftycardscrappers and they came up trumps as always... great lasses that they are... i used the pic that was already coloured... added a few buttons and finished... quick card.. but i love it.... am going to put it into the pollycraft challenge ... check out the link...

just a quick card... printed straight onto the card... cut out the paper peice dragon ... nestie oval... added a cake embelishement ... a couple of peel offs and a hat on the dragon's head

This is a printable front off ammies site... http://www.craftydesignz.co.uk/ i have used the front for the inside of the card.... have used a gatefold card and use a glitter girl border bar for the embossin on the front... added ribbon so i can tie card shut... and punched the corners of the card.. can be used for weddings, engagements and anniversarys...

This is also a card front off the site.. this one is more simple.. just print, cut and assemble the whole card front.. i have added some ribbon down the side of the card... these are printed on normal card from wilkisons..

Penny black card...

i have made this card for this weeks spring challenge on the penny black challenge blog... i have had this stamp for ages.. and it never gets used enough so decided to use it for this challenge... coloured in with touch twin markers... but i sooo need some copic...lol added a little butterfly.. and little flowers in the corners fo the cards... papers are from a Dovercraft set i got ages ago...
so glad i remembered i had this stamp...!!!!

i did this card last night.. it started off as a sketch for creative insperation challenge... i use there sketch of the layout.. http://cinspirations.blogspot.com/ i wanted it to be in line with the spoon full of sugar challenge for this week...easter http://aspoonfullofsugarchallenge.blogspot.com/ and it also fit in with the high hopes challenge to which is buttons http://highhopesstamps.blogspot.com/ i have checked them all and none said i could not combin the challenges so i will give it ago.. this is a boys easter card thanks to eve from craftycardscrappers who was finding it hard to do a boys easter card....!!!!

well i have re arranged the whole room.. will prob not be able to find anything i need any more.. but i can see my desk and see the floor... so def a winner .....lol... still have a little fine tunin to do but i can get that finished 2morrow....!!!! then i can hopefully play on saturday while my mam goes to harrigate....!!!! anything to take my mind of that my mam has gettin to harrigate without me.... boo hooo.. but hubby doesnt have a job at the min .. so i have no pennies to spend...!!! maybe next year...!!! i so need some 12 by 12 storage for my papers... so i can see what i have easily...!!! will have to put it on the wish list... i was even thinkin of selling some cards on ebid to see how they went.. so i could save up for some more crafty goodies... but not sure what they sell like.. i will let you know if i decide to and how it goes....

well off in a bubble bath then bed.... i am knackered....
